Hi, Using RT 3.6.4, I have two queues setup. One is strictly used for clients emailing issues to us. The other is used strictly for tasks. The first one I mentioned works fine with sending and receiving mail. The second, "task", is not able to send any mail when creating a new ticket. We basically want, when creating a new task, the ability to have an email sent that a new task is created. Would anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Bill
