Hi, I have got a problem with rt 3.6.5 on rhel4. This was working fine, and I can see no changes to configuration in the last few days (that I have made)
If I open a ticket from the home page, and add a comment and change the status to resolved, the page does no complete loading. And just sits and spins the loading icon. If I cancel and go back to the home page and find the ticket, the status has been updated and relevant emails have been sent out. The only problem seems to be the web page did not update. Any ideas on that?
