Well solved this one, I was looking at the ticket display and my mouse hovered over the "Custom Fields" title and I noticed it was link. I clicked and Shazam, there were all the custom fields ready to be modified. I showed my co-worker, he rolled his eyes, and walked away. Problem Solved.
