Hi, Our attachments table is currently taking up 2.3gb and is easily the largest table in our RT 3.6.3 DB.
I know that that table contains both the text of comments/replies as well as the files that are attached to tickets. Has anyone looked at archiving this table? Ideally I'd like to keep textual comment/replies but remove attached files. I'd also like to do it in a way that would mean I could get them back later if needed. Any ideas?
