Lamp? Is a linux apache mysql and php correct?

Why you don't use the ones from your distro?

Btw, i don't think you need to recompile or reinstall all the modules, only the 
ones for apache?!?

Do you have some more infos about your installation?

How do I recompile all perl modules needed by RT ?

I just removed everything and reinstalled LAMP.
Now I need to recompile all perl modules with the versions of apache,
