Is there a correlation between "Left" in the Display Menu and the "Time Left" in the Basic Menu. I have not been able to fins any functionality for this in the code. What I am looking for is a way to set a Default "time to respond" to a ticket and I don't want to re-invent the wheel if the code already has this function.
