Hello,
Is there a way i can add an option into RT to Close a ticket.. I do not want it
to send a message or anything.. just to close it. for example sometimes we
have tickets that sit for ages and instead of deleting them i want to close
them.
Also can I add in an option to resolve the ticket without sending out the this
ticket has been resolved email?
