Hi List,

using an upgraded RT [3.6.7 -> 3.8.1], I can't see
bookmarked tickets at RT at a glance ..

Available Options are:
QuickCreate
QuickSearch
MyAdminQueues
MySupportQueues
MyReminders
RefreshHomepage
Dashboards
My Tickets
Unowned Tickets

What am I missing to add bookmarked tickets to my "start page"?
