Hello, I just upgraded RT from 3.8.0 to 3.8.1 as suggested in the README. Everything is OK except some charset problems with ticket titles as well as templates. In fact, characters like "é", "à" ... appear scrambled. However ticket history, menus and other text is not affected.
Is this a known issue ? Thanks for your help.
