Thanx Shawn, But I've put the following line at the end of RT_SiteConfig.pm @MailPlugins = qw(Auth::MailFrom Filter::TakeAction); and it doesn't work yet. One more question, to send commands by e-mail I need put the commands at beginning of the mail, right? Hi Reginaldo, The config for CommandByMail goes in your RT_SiteConfig.pm file. If you're using the standard layout, it'll be in /opt/rt3/etc. Shawn
