Hi, Starting on the home page of RT, when you click on 'Tickets' on the left hand side I get a screen that says this.....
Results Wrong query, expecting a OPERATOR in '%20Owner%>20<--here%3D %20%27Nobody%27%20AND%20(%20Status%20%3D%20%27new%27%20OR%20Status %20%3D%20%27open%27)' And then there is a Query box that contains about the same.... %20Owner%20%3D%20%27Nobody%27%20AND%20(%20Status%20%3D%20%27new%27%20OR %20Status%20%3D%20%27open%27) I think this is supposed to list all the tickets right? Can anyone tell me what I need to change / where to change it to fix this problem?
