-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi. Working on my first RT system (v3.8.1 on CentOS 5) for doing a change management approval process. I've been asked whether it's possible to have the Content field pre-populated with a text template when a user starts to create a ticket. Haven't found an answer in the wiki or out on Google. It sounds like something a callback should be able to do but I can't find anything in the wiki to explain how those work either. (Am I being dense?)
If anyone can point me to a place that explains callbacks, or has done this before and can share the solution, I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance from another RT newbie. <MR> - ----------------------------------- Michael Raugh, C.Ht.
