I had thought so. I have all the options from the RT_SiteConfig.pm that
comes with the plugin. I don't see anything else in RT_Config that
looks like "and use an external auth source," other than WebAuth stuff
which has been mentioned on the list as "don't use this and ExternalAuth
at the same time." Specifically I have:
Set(@Plugins, qw(RT::Authen::ExternalAuth));
Set($ExternalAuthPriority, ['AD_LDAP']);
Set($ExternalInfoPriority, ['AD_LDAP']);
Set($ExternalServiceUsesSSLorTLS, 0);
Set($AutoCreateNonExternalUsers, 1);
Set($ExternalSettings, {'AD_LDAP' => { ## GENERIC SECTION
... and the AD specific stuff goes on from there.
