Hi!I'm searching for a way to get an overview over my support employees (users with global right "OwnTicket"), looking like the Quick search overview for queues.
So I can see the amount of new, opened and stalled tickets per user at a glance. (best including the "Nobody" user)
Cherry on the cake would be a link of the username to a search "new, opened or stalled AND username=" :)
