We're running RT 3.8.2 I've got a request from some of my users to get the text that is stored & displayed in the history area of each ticket (when they are viewing the Ticket via the GUI) to wrap depending on the width of their browser window.
In other words, right now emails/comments/correspondence which is displayed in the history for each ticket is displayed without wrap (unless you click on the Download link for that message & get the text version of it). The users want the text in those boxes to wrap around when the browser window is too small to display complete lines, even if the result destroys the email formatting.
