Yes, I missed the schema changes. I have to admit that I no longer have the backup made before the upgrade. So, I applied the schema changes on current database. Everything is working correctly now. The only side effects are that pdf attached between the upgrade and the schema patch still cannot be seen, and that non-English characters of messages from the same period are not being display correctly. But these are minor issues.
