I ended up borrowing code from the original ColumnMap file. At the moment the sub extStatusInColor code rewrites what exists, but it would be a lot more useful to display the default text while maintaining the colours. As there is no $Ticket->ExtendedStatus I am at a loss on how to achieve this. Thanks.
