Well, I found a number of other problems: I can't get Outlook 2007 to subscribe to the RSS feed either (it isn't happy with the format).
Safari on a Mac does not handle the RSS feed. It gives me an error that the feed is in a format it can not understand. iCal on the Mac is unable to subscript to the iCalendard feed as it thinks the URL is malformed as well. FireFox and SunBird seem to work, but I can't find anything else that works.
