I'm working on an upgrade from 2.0.11 to 3.6.5 (that's what the admins gave me) and getting all the pieces in place.
Sometimes our users include urls in their replies, and our old 2.0.11 RT automatically turns these into clickable hyperlinks. The new one is not doing this.
