Hi together, we observed a behavior change in bulk update if using FCKeditor.
Problem: Bulk update to take owner ship for several tickets without FCKeditor enabled sends no mail in our environment. That's the behavior we know. Same with FCKeditor enabled sends mail. That's new and unwanted. Does any body know something about that?
