That is what I thought. However, my install is limiting the columns shown. I only see:
id Queue Subject Status TimeEstimated TimeWorked TimeLeft Priority FinalPriority Owner Requestors Cc AdminCc Due Told Created Resolved LastUpdated I need additional columns...
