Is there any easy way to add more information from the User table based on
the Requestor?  I would like to add the Requestor¹s ³Organization² and ³Real
Name².  I figure I could probably check for these when the ticket is created
and update them to a custom field on the ticket but before I went down that
road I was wondering if anyone else has found a way to tackle this.
