I ran into this the other day, too. The logs never showed my scrip firing (not even in debug), but, if I put a print in the definition, I could see my print statement in the logs....
For me, it turned out to be an error in the template that my scrip was calling. Fixed the template, and all was well. Try using a known good template for experimenting purposes? -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Andy Speagle Sent: Friday, September 18, 2009 1:48 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [rt-users] Custom Global Scrip Not Firing Hi All, I'm a little stumped, I've created scrips before for other scenarios, but I created a simple global "On Create" scrip... and I can't see in the logs that it's even trying to use it when I create a ticket. Can anyone point me in the right direction...? -- Andy Speagle "THE Student" - UCATS Wichita State University ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This e-mail message is intended only for the personal use of the recipient(s) named above.
