Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had come up with a mechanism to allow for a user to submit an e-mail with "foo" subject line and have an RT scrip return what the sender's open ticket(s) are. I looked through the archives and the wiki and found some components (like the autoreply), but can't find a template that would include those details. Has anyone done something like this?
