Hi, i remember, having asked this one some time ago, but in the meanwhile it is pressing more on us:
We have various companies, having more than one contact. They send tickets in and it would be great, if all of a company can also read tickets, others provided. So we won't get in tickets twice or even more often. Any chance, to show the same tickets to another contact, if the other contact's email is from the same domain? Thanks for help.
