We wrote the feature to allow searching of RTFM articles from the SelfService UI during the 3.6 series for a customer running 3.6.6, so I'd be surprised to learn that it doesn't work there. Did you read lib/RT/FM/Introduction.pod from 2.4.2 and set up your rights as described? -kevin
