I did. However, I noticed in the RT_Config.pm file that the
"@MailPlugins" didn't change, hence my question.

Config format has been made stricter. All options MUST be set using Set
function, no more "@XXX = (...) unless @XXX;". Use "Set(@XXX, ...);"
instead.
