Hello, I have an issue with RT. I'm currently using the 3.8.7 version with Firefix 3.6 with windows XP. Sometimes when I want to answer to a ticket or to post a comment, I get "No ticket specified". It is unpredictable. If I get this error I need to go back and to rewrite my message to get it work.
