Hello,
I would like for users to be able to select an "urgency" custom field when they log in to self service and create a new ticket. I have successfully created the custom field and it is viewable/editable by staff, however I cannot get it to appear in self service when users are creating a new ticket. Oddly, the custom field IS visible to self service users after a ticket has been created. What am I missing? Much appreciated, Paul RT 3.8.7 OS OEL 5.4 64bit Apache 2.2.3 mysql 5.0.77
