Greetings, I'm looking to change RT's home page, specifically the 10 newest unowned tickets... box. I want to change it so, it'll filter to a specific queue based on the user that is logged in.
First, can someone tell me what those are called(the little boxes on in RT's display)? widgets? or something like that? Where would I find the code for these things? I've got the RT book but I can't seem to find it in the book(perhaps cause I don't know what they are called!!). Thanks!
