If I'm asking in the wrong place please let me know. I've installed RT and so far everything looks good. I have not yet setup my mail gateway because it requires some upstream mail server changes that are not my department. I assumed, however, that outbound mail from RT would work. I've created a test ticket in the system, and tried to add a requestor/email address to the ticket and recieve the following error. It's possible this is a bug but with so many moving pieces of RT I'm willing to bet I did something wrong.
