Hi, Am trying to do a select-a-worded-priority for our interface and have set the sort order to the numeric priority values, but I can't figure out how to get the sort order from a Scrip on the queue so I can set the ticket's Priority ($ticket->SetPriority(xxx)).
Is there a way using ObjectCustomFieldValues or just CustomFieldValues, instead of having to write a hash-map of word-to-number? Stuart J.
