This looks great, I hope to be trying this soon. I'll also try to integrate antiword, docx2text and pdftotext so we can search our RTFM documents.

It is simply great: full-text searches on the whole RT db in just fractions of a second! I am slowly documenting the whole thing on the RT wiki. You can find it by looking for "IntegratingSphinx".
