Jason, There are two sets of rights that apply to Groups. they are the rights the group has to access a Queue and there are also the rights one group has over another group (config->Group->(selected group)->Group Rights (& also user Rights)). I'd like to know what rights you have granted to other groups over the group you want to remove (config->Group->(selected group)->Group Rights (& also user Rights)) and also what rights you have granted Globally to System Groups, Roles, user-defined Groups and ALSO, what rights you have granted to the same for that Queue. We'll go from there.
