Todd, I would also like to know, for sure, which one overrides the other. I would assume that if I gave the "See/Modify" rights to a certain group, it would ALWAYS be able to "see/Modify" the CF, regardless of Queue. However, If I gave the "See/Modify" right to a group for a specific Queue, then for THAT Queue, those rights would apply to THAT group.
