After updating to 4.0.0, apache will sometimes spawn a process that uses 100% cpu usage for a few seconds, and noticeably slows down the entire system.
What could be causing this, and what would the best course of action to debug it be? I've tried a clean install (with my custom config, but no plugins) which also has the same issue. 100% cpu usage from Apache, causing the system to screech to a halt. Apache 2.2.14 (Ubuntu) The only thing I'm getting logged is the following warning: Unable to recognise encoding of this document at /usr/share/perl5/XML/SAX/PurePerl/EncodingDetect.pm line 100.
