Kevin: Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me where I can find the rt bug tracker, I could not find any links from the mail bestpractical site or the wiki. Also I would guess I need to know where is the repo what patches are kept to see the changes? From memory most bug replies only include the patch number?
I am curious as you suggested it should be fixed in the version of RT I am using, so I am wondering if anything in my local customisation that is effecting this.
