Is there a way in RT (3.8) to develop a saved search/report and then hand it over to a user? I don't want them all to end up in the global list of saved searches, really...
Is it just a case of mailing them the contents of the Advanced search tab, or is there a more elegant way? Thanks in advance, Howie
