Hello, I have searched the mailing list, but have yet to find an answer. I have created a ticket, had it assigned to me, but I think would like to be able to go in and unassign the ticket. I click on the dropdown of users, and the - is just not there. I can't see a way to do that. Can someone point me in the correct direction?
