I had the following overlay working on my 3.8.8 installation, http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/SendEmail
But when I updated to 4.0.1 it stopped. Looks like the overlay is not being loaded. I added a bunch of RT::Logger lines and they are not showing on the log file. What changes do I need to make, so my SendEmail_Local.pm gets properly loaded. Thanks.
