We are rolling out a new RT system for all users in our company. Previously we have used RT in our engineering group through several versions over the last 8 years. The new RT system will be replacing a homegrown task management system they have been using for some time. One of the requirements from above is that the owner name be in the subject to help keep track at a glance of who owns what. Anyone have any ideas?
