The documentation ships with RT in docs/full_text_indexing.pod A google search also turns up http://blog.bestpractical.com/2011/06/full-text-searching.html But you should assume that the docs that ship with 4.0.4 will be even more up to date than the ones in 4.0.2 or the ones in our blog post. -kevin
