I looked in the wiki and found this page: http://requesttracker.wikia.com/wiki/OnCreateAutoReplyException Just like in the article, we have some automated systems that send mails to RT, and we don't need to auto-reply to them. I put code in the "*Custom condition"* of the auto-reply scrip for a specific queue, but it didn't work
