Assuming you have an Apache module that supports doing the shiboleth auth, all RT needs is for you to configure the WebExternalAuth configuration variables that you can read about in RT_Config.pm and set in RT_SiteConfig.pm If you need the more complex mapping provided by RT-Authen-Federation, have you tried it? I know the person who developed it was using it against a 3.8 install within the last year. -kevin
