Hi Tim, there's an option you have to enable in RT_SiteConfig

I don't see that anymore, and now I have a bunch of tickets with new comments and no way to mark them as read. Where did this functionality move to? I rely on it to know which of my tickets have had activity since the last time I looked at it.
