Two basic questions about upgrade.
I've see the new version of RT4x is release.
1/ Where can I find the «changes file». ?
2/ If I take a look inside
DISTRIB/etc/upgrade/
and (for example with rt-4.0.8) I've

is that mean I don't have anything to do if I upgrading from 4.0.7 ?
Is that the good way to see if I've anything to do for upgrading ?
