I'm trying to set a ticket owner automatically. I found this howto but it doesn't work:

I'm not seeing any error messages in my Apache logs or in my mail.log. How can I see what's wrong? I'm using RT 4.0.4, on Ubuntu 12.04 with mod_perl2 and Perl 5.14.2.
