Our RT server is [email protected]

When our external users send email to RT ([email protected]) -> the mail from
our exchange server gets forwarded to [email protected] -> a message of
communication is then created in RT

When RT responds back to the request, the user who created the request, get
the address  [email protected]; Within RT can this address somehow be
changed to [email protected] because somewhere in the email flow, when users
respond to the email, they are unable to directly deliver it to
[email protected]
