What's the easiest way to generate some quick charts of e.g. tickets received per week? Do I need to write my own scripts? I'm using RT 4.
Searching around, it seems like there's an idea that you can do some simple charts using dashboards, but it's not obvious to me from the UI how that works. thanks! Christine
