You likely want to read about http://bestpractical.com/rt/docs/latest/RT_Config.html#PreferRichText especially if you get html mail (or html only mail). and http://bestpractical.com/rt/docs/latest/RT_Config.html#MaxInlineBody if you just have very large emails. -kevin
